Last September I had a fantastic day with Nicole from the Hourglass and the beautiful Catt Heels, photographing a whole range of lingerie and swimwear for this season, well after months of waiting for actual stock to arrive, the first boxes of swimwear were delivered last week from leading British swimwear designer Seaspray. All the styles we have chosen have a great retro look and feel and come in fabulous Polka Dots print and gorgeous summery “Fiji” mix palette print. Well we’re all busy here working on the first Newsletter of 2012 and making all the changes that need to happen on the site before we send it out, but there’s one thing you may already have noticed which is our Live Help facility which we hope will make Joanna’s Wardrobe even more like an online boutique.
As any of you who have contacted us by email or through the site in the past will probably have noticed, we’re about all through the UK day and often into the evening helping our customers with queries and giving advice – well now when there’s someone available the Live Chat button will light up and you can talk to us online. There’s also the helpline number for UK use which is 0844 335 1006.
Like a real high street boutique there will be times when we’re busy helping another customer on the phone, or doing something ‘out the back’ when we won’t be available, but we hope we’re around enough to support any needs you have. As now if the Live Chat button isn’t lit up you can contact us using the contact form or email.

During their annual Joanna’s Wardrobe festive celebrations the technical team at Joanna’s Wardrobe came up with a marvellous idea in the form of a “Meal Deal” where you get a fantastic 20% off your order as long as you include at least one bra, one pair of knickers, a suspender belt or girdle and a pair of stockings. They then spent the rest of the afternoon giggling and fiddling with the website.
Sort of gives away where they ate, and it wasn’t haute cuisine. I’m guessing they spent all their dinner money in the pub.

Well I was going to start my sale on Boxing Day but – well it’s complicated but basically I made some changes on the Joanna’s Wardrobe website at the same time as my technical people were sorting out the sale program and it all got out of sync and confusing so I’ve had to start the sale early! And I’m going to call it the ‘Accidently Sale’ and probably do it every year J
